I am the Owner of Chatt Taste Food Tours & Taste of Chattanooga Box, so local restaurants are my office.
What do you do?
I curate dining experiences around the Scenic City. We show guests the city from a locals’ perspective.
What is your favorite local restaurant or meal?
Too many to name! On Mondays it’s the rooftop and views at Paloma bar de Tapas, on a Tuesday my favorite tacos are at Mexiville, Wednesday Proof Bar and Incubator is open and I eat the Chef Remix from Neutral Ground, Thursdays are for BBQ, and it’s a toss-up between Charlies and Chatt Smoke House, Fridays my heart belongs to Easy Bistro (but make a reservation), Saturdays are for margaritas at Mezcla, and Sundays we brunch at the Flying Squirrel. I’ve had so many amazing dishes this year, but my go to dish would have to be dessert at Poppytons Patisserie. Chef Kendra switches up the dessert offerings monthly.
