What do you do for work?
I am the only Vapor Wake K9 who works with the Chattanooga Police Department. As a Vapor Wake dog, I’m specially trained to detect 20-plus explosives odors when they are in motion or in a static environment. I provide ongoing and randomized K9 sweeps of various venues and their attendees, identifying potential threats and helping protect our community. I always work with my partner/handler Sergeant Sean O’Brien.
Where do you like to play when you're off work?
When I’m not working, I love to play fetch and explore the area trails. My favorite places are the Chattanooga Green by Ross’s Landing for playing fetch, the Tennessee Riverpark for a leisurely stroll (and sniffing lots of smells), and Enterprise South Nature Park for exploring and stretching my long legs.
Favorite dining spots?
I really like food, so I have a few...Mezcla Cocina Y Cantina because I can walk there from home, and they have a patio where I can people and pup watch. Universal Joint because I always make new friends there. Fiamma because they have really good pizza crusts my partner shares with me.
