Born and raised in Amman, Jordan, Khaled’s passion for cooking is heavily influenced by the recipes and techniques taught by his mom in their home kitchen. His expertise in blending Southern, Appalachian, and global influences results in a menu that's as diverse as the city itself. From mouthwatering whipped fetta to the much-lauded Whole Branzino Chef Khaled's creations are a testament to his culinary prowess.
