The Tourism Co., through a partnership with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, is launching the first-ever community Tourism Sentiment Surveys. The Business Tourism Sentiment Survey, targeting local business owners, is now live.

Why Take the Surveys?
We hope to gain a better understanding of the perceptions of tourism and its potential impact on our community and the residents’ quality of life. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us become better destination stewards while learning how to collaborate more with our partners on developing inclusive and impactful tourism strategies that benefit everyone.
When will the Survey Results be Available?
The final survey results will be available in early 2025.
To stay on top of community needs and sentiments, we plan to repeat these sentiment surveys every few years. Regularly collecting data insights allows the organization to evaluate the impact of tourism on the community and make necessary adjustments to improve tourism planning and development.
