If you're looking to dive into Chattanooga’s local culture, the Levitt BLOC Music Series is a great event to experience. Sunday afternoons in September, this initiative brings free outdoor concerts to neighborhoods across the city, creating vibrant gathering spots filled with live music and community spirit. These concerts offer a unique opportunity to explore the city while enjoying incredible local talent.

Supporting this series is the Levitt Foundation, a visionary organization dedicated to strengthening communities through the power of free, live music. The Levitt Foundation partners with community organizations to turn overlooked outdoor spaces into lively, family-friendly destinations through the power of live music. It’s all about bringing people together and celebrating the social fabric that makes each neighborhood unique.

Making the Levitt BLOC Music Series possible in Chattanooga is RISE Chattanooga, a nonprofit dedicated to community education, performance, and preserving the city’s rich arts and culture. In partnership with the City of Chattanooga and ArtsBuild, RISE Chattanooga is ensuring these concerts are not just about entertainment but also about celebrating the city’s cultural heritage.

You can explore the Creative Community Hub where RISE is located at the first concert in this series featuring musician Peter Collins! Whether you’re a local or just visiting, be sure to catch one of these free concerts and hear Chattanooga like never before!

Experience FREE live local music on Sundays in September at 2 p.m. in various locations across Chattanooga. If you stay downtown, the series will hit Miller Park on the 8th and the 29th.
