The Scenic City offers all the amenities of a major metropolitan city in a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful location. Downtown is walkable or there is a bicycle share system or free downtown electric shuttle to get around even faster. But maybe not as fast our citywide internet speeds which gained us the moniker “Gig City” for having the fastest internet in the world. 

People say we’re “aggressively” welcoming because we have some of the kindest, friendliest people you’ll ever meet. And it’s true. The community loves coming together to host groups and providing one-of-a-kind immersive experiences that will have you raving about Chattanooga for years.
